How do I keep up with my network without a CRM eating my week?

The short answer

Let the CRM do the remembering. Water LLM reads your Gmail, Calendar and LinkedIn export, works out when you last spoke to everyone, and drafts check-in emails for the people who are slipping — so keeping in touch takes a few minutes of reviewing drafts, not an afternoon of updating rows.

Launching soon on the Google Workspace Marketplace. $30/month, or $300/year — one plan, every feature.

Staying in touch, without the upkeep

A network is only an asset if you work it. Water LLM handles the bookkeeping so you only do the part that needs you.

Last contact, filled in for you

Emails sent and received, meetings held and LinkedIn messages roll up into one Last Contact date per person, refreshed every night.

Communication tracking →

Who’s starting to slip

Needs Follow-Up lists people you last spoke to 25 to 45 days ago — recent enough that picking it back up isn’t awkward.

Needs Follow-Up and other terms →

Check-ins drafted, not sent

Three outreach pipelines — a month, a few months, half a year — each drafting a personal email for the people in its window. Anyone you’re already meeting is skipped.

Email outreach →

Your LinkedIn network, usable

Import 2,000+ connections and your message history, cleaned of credentials and emoji and merged with the contacts you already have.

Your columns, your rules

It’s a Google Sheet. Add a column, write a formula, build a filter view — Water LLM finds its columns by header, so it keeps working.

Sheets basics →

Two-way Google Contacts sync

Edit someone in the sheet or in Google Contacts and both stay current, so your phone’s contacts are as good as your CRM.

Your morning, in one email

Not every day is back-to-back. On a light day the briefing is short: who you’re seeing, what you last talked about, and the one or two loose ends worth tying up.

  • What each person is to you, and how you met
  • A dated summary of your last conversation and the emails since
  • Deals that have gone stale and reminders you asked for
  • Nothing on? It says so, rather than sending an empty email

Questions people ask

How does Water LLM know when I last spoke to someone?

Every night it reads your Gmail and Google Calendar for each contact and writes the last email, last meeting and last contact dates into your sheet. LinkedIn message dates come from your LinkedIn export when you import it.

Does it connect to my LinkedIn account?

No. You download your data archive from LinkedIn and import the file. Water LLM never signs in to LinkedIn, uses no LinkedIn API and does not automate LinkedIn in any way. How the LinkedIn import works.

Will the check-in emails sound like me?

They are written from a template you control, optionally with an AI-written opening that reads your recent emails with that person and your own Style Guide first. They land as Gmail drafts, so you edit before anything is sent. The Style Guide.

Does it track WhatsApp, text messages or Zoom chat?

No. Water LLM tracks email (Gmail), meetings (Google Calendar) and LinkedIn messages from your LinkedIn export. A conversation that only happened on WhatsApp or by text won’t move someone’s Last Contact date — add a note, or log a meeting, when that matters.

What do I need to use it?

A Google account with Gmail and Google Calendar. A free Gmail account works; Google Workspace is recommended if you have a large contact database, because Workspace accounts get higher daily limits from Google.

Where does my data live?

Your CRM is a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive, and the add-on runs under your own Google account. Water LLM’s servers hold your subscription record — your email address and billing status — not your contacts, emails or notes. For the AI features: Prompts and AI responses are never used to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model — a contractual commitment covering all Vertex AI customers. All processing happens inside Google Cloud; no third-party AI provider is involved, and Water LLM retains no copy. Google may briefly retain request data for abuse monitoring under its standard Vertex AI terms; that data is not used for training and Saville Coaching cannot access it. The full list is on Security.

How much does it cost?

One plan with every feature: $30 a month, or $300 a year ($25 a month). No per-seat pricing and no feature tiers. Water LLM is launching soon — join the waitlist and we’ll email you when it’s on the Google Workspace Marketplace.
