Why there’s only one plan
Most CRMs price per seat and gate the useful features behind an upgrade. Neither makes sense for one person managing their own relationships.
No per-seat maths
You’re one person. Adding a VA or a bookkeeper to your Google account doesn’t change what you pay.
No feature gates
The AI briefings, the LinkedIn pipeline, and the invoicing are the reasons to use Water LLM. Charging extra for them would be strange.
No lock-in
Your CRM is a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. Cancel and you keep a fully functional sheet with all your data intact.
What you need to run it
A Google account
Water LLM runs on Google Apps Script inside your own Workspace, so there is nothing to install and no separate account to create. A personal Gmail account is enough to get started.
Google Workspace, for larger databases
Personal Gmail accounts have lower Apps Script quotas. If you are syncing several thousand contacts, a Workspace account gives you the headroom to run the daily jobs comfortably.
