Water LLM or Copper: which Google Workspace CRM?

The short answer

Both are built around Google Workspace. Copper is a hosted CRM for small teams that appears inside Gmail and Calendar through a Chrome extension, priced per seat. Water LLM is a Workspace add-on for one person that turns a Google Sheet in your own Drive into the CRM, with client-hour tracking, invoicing and a daily AI briefing included in one price.

Launching soon on the Google Workspace Marketplace. $30/month, or $300/year — one plan, every feature.

Common questions

Aren’t both of these “CRMs for Google Workspace”?

Yes, in different ways. Copper is its own application that connects to your Google account; Water LLM runs inside Google Sheets, so the database itself is a file in your Drive.

Does Water LLM need a browser extension?

No. It is a Google Workspace add-on: install it from the Marketplace and it appears in the Google Sheets menu.

Can a small team use Water LLM?

It is built for one person’s practice. An assistant working in your Google account doesn’t change the price, but it is not a shared team CRM.

Where does my data live?

Your CRM is a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive, and the add-on runs under your own Google account. Water LLM’s servers hold your subscription record — your email address and billing status — not your contacts, emails or notes. For the AI features: Prompts and AI responses are never used to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model — a contractual commitment covering all Vertex AI customers. All processing happens inside Google Cloud; no third-party AI provider is involved, and Water LLM retains no copy. Google may briefly retain request data for abuse monitoring under its standard Vertex AI terms; that data is not used for training and Saville Coaching cannot access it.
