What is Water LLM?

Water LLM is an AI-powered CRM that runs inside Google Sheets as a Google Workspace add-on. It reads your Gmail and Google Calendar to keep a record of every client interaction, imports your LinkedIn connections, and uses AI to write daily briefings and draft outreach. It is built for coaches, consultants, solopreneurs and fractional executives.

When does it launch?

Soon. We’re completing Google’s verification for the add-on now. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you the day it is available on the Google Workspace Marketplace.

How much will it cost?

One plan with every feature: $30 a month, or $300 a year. There are no tiers and no per-seat charges. Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing.

What do I need to use it?

A Google account. A personal Gmail account is enough to get started; a Google Workspace account is recommended if you will sync several thousand contacts.

What happens to my data and my AI prompts?

Your CRM is a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. Prompts and AI responses are never used to train, fine-tune or improve any AI model — a contractual commitment covering all Vertex AI customers. All processing happens inside Google Cloud; no third-party AI provider is involved, and Water LLM retains no copy. Google may briefly retain request data for abuse monitoring under its standard Vertex AI terms; that data is not used for training and Saville Coaching cannot access it.
